1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions

2 Inquiry into barriers to home building in Wales - Evidence session 4
The Committee heard evidence from the Royal Town Planning Institute Cymru and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. They agreed to provide further information on:
Approaches taken by utility companies to new housing developments and their relationship with building companies;
Whether smaller developers are at a disadvantage when compared with higher volume national house builders and whether National Planning Policy puts small and medium size developers at a disadvantage;
Further information on land banking and its impact on smaller building companies.

3 Inquiry into barriers to home building in Wales - Evidence session 5
The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Housing and Regeneration. The Minister agreed to provide the following:
When available, further information on the proposed Shared Equity Scheme;
A note on the amount of private finance raised by stock transfer bodies and the extent that this has stimulated house building;
Details of the office/bedrooms for rent project in Prestatyn.
4 Legislative Consent Memorandum for provisions relating to the recovery of possession of dwelling houses
The Committee heard from the Minister for Housing and Regeneration. The Minister agreed to provide further information on the following:
The statutory rights for RSL tenants.
5 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the remainder of the meeting
The Committee agreed the Motion.
6 The future of equality and human rights in Wales - consideration of draft report
The Committee agreed the draft report.
7 Inquiry into participation levels in sport - consideration of key issues
The Committee considered the key issues, a draft report would be considered in the autumn term.
